Description: This McGuffys 5th Reader is in need of some SERIOUS TLC! Bought at an estate sale out of nostalgia a while back and would like to pass it on to someone else who may or may not have been tortured.. *ahem* taught from these books as a child like I was. Maybe you enjoyed them more than me and relish the fond memories. I, however, have PTSD from these which became evident once I was forced to look at it on my shelf on a regular basis. You may ask “Why not donate?” Well, thank you for asking. This book is in too frail a condition for that, and I’d hate to be punished by my dad in heaven for tossing this out.
