Description: Genuine antique 19 century porcelain figurine of a boy dressed as a Harlequin. This figure is made at the famous European Porcelain manufacturer- KPM - (German: Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur), also known as the Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin. The charmingly modeled figure of a boy with a lovely facial futures. The boy is holding a bat in his right hand and holding a hat above his head in greeting gesture as if he is saluting the audience. Harlequin is a popular character from the Italian famous Commedia dell'arte series of plays. The figure apparently in good condition considering the age. There are some minor losses to laces, which most of times have some minor issues, besides that it looks like figure is in great shape.The figure is finely colored.
