Description: Antique Japanese Meiji Period Cloisonne Vase 12” This is very beautiful Japanese cloisonné enamel vase which dates from the late 19th century. The vase has a stunning sky blue background. It is adorned with intricate designs of flowers, leaves, and branches, blossoms and butterflies, a bird, possibly a sparrow or similar species, perched among the foliage. The rim features a delicate floral or geometric pattern in darker tones, adding contrast to the vibrant body of the vase. Dimension: 12" tall without stand. 13.5" with stand Condition: there is small area with enamel cracks (see last picture). Otherwise, the vase is in good condition.
