Homemade/handmade metal and wood construction. An old minie ball bullet is used for the weight! Condition: Parts move. Rust, wear and tear from age and use. Flag is missing. Some paint residue on one end. Wood is cracked on one side. This tip up is fragile and should only be used for display. *Great handmade rustic piece, rough sawn wood, 2 ring bullet-weight, possibly hand wrought metal.
