Description: Antique HUGE Tin Chromolithograph THE HOLY FAMILY Picture Joseph Mary Mary. Great frame with some imperfections (dings,some paint wear),wood frame with gesso appliques designs. Frame can be touched up,some sand paper,satin black paint,a little MH Ready Patch (see pics,not included,get at most big box hardware stores in the paint section,great stuff!) spackle to fill in the dings (see all pics).Tin metal chromolithograph,an oldie but a "goodie"! Some white spots of something besides Joseph's head,I dunno what that is (Pic # 9).. Some other small imperfections (if yoy look close enough) on the metal lithograph.Considering it's age,I'd say late 1800's to early 1900's at least,no rust do I see,which is a blessing as many of these lithographs I have come across have rust,this one (as far as I see) does not.Click on pics for close up inspection of frame and lithograph.Some imperfections but all in all,a very well preserved piece of art considering it's obvious great age.See all pics for item condition,sold "as is" a previously owned item with some little cosmetic issues,you fix it.It is a beautiful frame,very old and very gothic looking!They just don't make 'em like this anymore!Measures (by measuring the frame) 33 inches wide across / 27 inches top to bottom.
