Description: ANTIQUE CIRCA 1910 HARRIS LEBUS LTD ARTS & CRAFTS ART NOUVEAU COPPERED STEEL DRAWER HANDLE Antique circa 1910 Harris Lebus Ltd Arts & Crafts coppered steel drawer handle, has a heart shaped back plate with lobed riveted bracket holding a square section tapered oval pull handle, all with an antiqued coppered patinated finish. This beautiful old handle is marked to the back with stamped mark 'HL' with another 'L' beneath for Harris Lebus Limited. Early Lebus pieces are comparable with Heal & Sons of London production at the time, but could not compete over the long term with them on quality or design. It is in good condition with no damage or repair. We have left the handle in its original old patinated and aged reclaimed condition, leaving it up to the purchaser to polish or not (please see photos). Length 7.3 cm, 3" inches.
