Description: Here we have an antique redware wax sealer canning crock straight off the farm--it was found in a barn. Somewhere back in time it got a coat of green paint that is wearing off on the outside surface. You can see the “red” as it comes through the paint. The bottom and inside are a good red and makes me wonder if it would be good to remove the outside paint, though it is part of it's history and provides a great look. There are no chips or cracks and it will display well. Please refer to the photos for the best look. Measurements are 8 ½” x 4 5/8” in diameter at the base. Be sure to view all the photos. For some of our listings, the photos have a scroll down arrow. We will ship according to the shipping calculator. We are happy to combine shipping as long as the contents can be safely combined in one box. International Buyers Please Note: We only ship out of the US via the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please do not ask us for an invoice--we don't know the shipping charge--but rely on the invoice that eBay sends you at the close. Thank you for your interest.
