Description: circa late 1800's this is a Pueblo Santo Domingo, Southwest Native American Indian, hand ground Heishe shell, white Quartz stone, black and deep green Tourmaline stone hand ground heishe beaded necklace. The sterling silver, round hollow, Indian "pearl" beads shined up mint and suffer no damage. they are expertly made. the silver collars shined up beautifully. the hook end is silver over brass, vermeil, and there is loss. shown in the photos. strung on sinew. measures 17" in length and just a hair shy of 1/4" in diameter of the tourmaline heishe and milk white quartz heishe stone beads. 3/16" in diameter of the heishe shell beads. this necklace was worn but meticulously cared for. the stones were traded from India but from Ceylon. very masterfully made! really nice!! we enjoy selling items that we too would own. pieces are cleaned and polished. washed and shined. inspected and clasp tested. we sell quality. we enjoy the art of design in the field of jewelry from the past to the present. we combine shipping for 1.00 extra per item in the box and within 3 days of consecutive auctions. thank you for shopping with us!!
