Unfolded, the fan measures 15-1/2" inches x 8-1/4" inches and when completely folded it measures 8-1/4" inches long and is 3/4" inches wide at the top and about 1/4" inch wide at the bottom. I am not sure if the painted areas are original. Opens and closes nicely. Shipping: Most of my packages are sent out the next day Mon-Fri, NO shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
