The neck line and lace cuffs are trimmed with white lace. The shoulders have smocking The bodice is unlined and has a front hook and eye closure. The skirt hemline is decorated with two layers of ruffles. It is unlined. The dress is in good and sturdy condition. There is one tiny hole in one sleeve and a one inch period mend on the front of the skirt. Shoulders 15 Bust 36 Waist 26 1/2 Sleeve length 21 Skirt length 43. Buyer pays shipping.
