Description: I have a very old (late 1800's) Christmas Card that is actually set in a padded frame with a cardboard backing that sets the card up to stand. The top card folds up. This is by S Hildersheimer, who was a German born publisher best known for Christmas & other greeting and post cards. The 1st card says "Christmas Blessings Be Thine" it's numbered 449. The backside of this card says "A Very Happy New Year to You" The next card says "The Complements of the Season to You" and is numbered 461. It measures about 7 1/2 X 6 inches. The silk frame surrounding the cards is in pretty good condition, the blue silk fringe has some fraying. The backside cardboard shows some staining and peeling with some writing on the stand. Overall it really is nice for it's age & would make a great addition to your Christmas collection. Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours at the latest.
