Exterior is overall clean with minor soiling or vague spotting from age. Interior of the book is very clean and well intact with minor toning from age throughout but with pages remaining sturdy. Half title page has ink stamp on it. Binding is tight and very well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 762 pages followed by brief period publisher's ads. Book measures approximately 9 1/2 x 6 3/8 x 1 3/4 inches and weighs about 3 pounds.
