Antique Carved Teak Indian Corbel ~ Vintage Wooden Candle Stand ~ Bohemian Decor

Description: Rust and Rot ~ Purveyors of wonderful things. Welcome to the sale of this decorative old wooden corbel. Made of teak this carved corbel would have come from India and been used in a temple or grand house. It is beautifully carved with a chain and flower design and being a corbel best viewed from below. Personally I think it would look great on a wall with some candles on top of it, however it will stand so can be used on any surface. I have tried to take a picture of it used as a candle stand, but made a pigs ear of it so you'll have to use your imagination... In a slightly distressed condition commensurate with its age and use, some of the wood is damaged / missing.
