Description: Description This is a magnificent piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It was originally located in the Master Bedroom as a built in vanity with a his and hers closet to either side. It is made of oak and is painted. The center section is recessed, it originally had a mirror, washstand and cabinet but they are all missing. To either side are doors, each having 5 flat panels, the upper panels have applied carved circles. There is a drawer below each door. The 4 legs are fluted and topped with carved circular embellishments. The crown molding along the top goes from end to end. There is a great crown in the middle with carved raised panels and brackets. Magnificent piece. It measures 112 inches wide by 105 inches tall by 12.5 deep not including the crown moldings. It disassembles to load into a cargo van or pick-up truck. This is a face only, the closet areas do not have backs. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are small chips and dings. The right door is cracked and will need to be repaired. The 2 drawers have the faces only, 1 is not pictured. The center "box" can be removed to put in a full length dressing mirror, for a pass through or bookcase. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 102009 Shipping We have a 16 foot box truck for salvage jobs and delivery trips. We generally make delivery trips along the I-85 and I-95 corridors to central Florida and the Florida panhandle in January. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. Outside these areas it would be best to check uship.com for delivery quotes. Payment Payment should be made within 5 business days unless you make other arrangements in advance. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
