It is made of a handmade ivory cotton crochet lace with dark rose silk lining, adorned with a satin/silk ribbon and ribbon rosettes. The pictures do not capture the true charm of this little gem. The hat opening lying flat measures approx. 11 inches flat across, 22 inches total The silk body and the lace are in very nice vintage condition, there are no stains or holes.
