Description: This cool old art deco desk lamp is in good working condition. It is probably from the 1930's. It is quite heavy. It believe the base is cast bronze. It' not magnetic. It could be cast iron with a bronze finish. It is dark with oxidation. On the underside you can see more of the original finish. The shade is probably tin with a bronze finish. It is magnetic. The side pieces are cast metal. It has a newer cord and plug. The plug was replaced with an old school style to match the lamp. Note that the cord is only 40" long. On/off button on the base. It measures 14 1/2" high. The shade is 18 3/4" L X 6 1/2" D. The base is 9 1/2" L X 6" D. It takes an 18" bulb. Come with the bulb. The finish has a good amount of oxidation, tarnish, some scuffs and scratches. Small specks of paint on the base. The base has no cover. I'm sure it originally had one. It was very dirty and I only wiped it down with mild detergent and a soft rag. It could use more detailing. I ship same or next business day.
