Description: This is for a wonderful antique primitive decorative advertising Ferry's Seeds wooden counter display box with hinged lid. Great box corner joinery & paper advertising labels!! Outside paper label reads "FERRY'S SEEDS 10¢ PER PAPER". There are two inside underside lid labels, one larger, one smaller showing setting up display of seed box. It measures approximately 24 inches length by 5 1/2 inches height by 11 1/4" wide. Inside dimensions are 23 1/8 inches long by 10 1/2 inches wide & 4 3/4 inches height. It is in age appropriate condition with honest use, wear & bit of paper loss on outer edges of paper labels. Does have scattered light staining. Two small holes on bottom base floor towards edge where original lid chain would have attached, chain is absent. Endless possibilities of use & country primitive decorating.
