Description: This Early 1900s FIVE SIDED trades mirror is a remarkable piece, originally utilized in jewelry stores, watch shops, shoe stores, and dress shops to see how the new merchandise checked out. When I acquired it, a few panels were missing. To restore its original charm, I sourced old mirror with a few blemishes and had five matching pieces cut. The result is a stunning mirror that maintains its historical integrity, with just the right amount of wear to enhance its vintage appeal. It is in overall great condition with normal signs of age. The mirror is held together by a rod running from top to bottom, secured by a classic wing nut under the base. The little raised feet on the base are a great touch!
