Description: I have for sale a beautiful 19th century hand-painted silhouette in the original oak frame. Size: 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" (Frame) 5 1/4" x 3 1/8" (Glass) The silhouette and frame are in great condition. On the back of the frame is a description about it being a finely painted piece full of character and ?. I couldn't find a signature or date anywhere, but I did not take it out of the frame. The oak frame is nailed together with an applied tin hanging hook.
