Description: This carved Jade Dragon mother with Baby is a good luck dragon. The Jade morphs from grey to white at the tail. The brown spots are dirt in crevices and holes that were carved into the jade. I did not clean this piece in order to show how this might look in an old style Hong Kong antique shop. It measure approx. 5 1/4 inches long, and 1 3/8 inches high. In my opinion, the exaggerated carved tail forms a little cup where a flower stem could be placed and held with some water. Beautiful face carving on the mother's and baby's faces. Would make a great gift for the upcoming holidays.
