Description: This offering is for a 19th century hand made folk art tinsmith made tin mold was made as a gift for a 10th anniversary party. The mold is made of an incredible 45 individual pieces of tin, all painstakingly soldered together making it an excellent example of a tinsmith showing off his skill in a decorative yet completely functional tin wedding gift. A few of the solder lines have gaps in them but the mold is still solid. There is minor light scattered surface rust and a very nice mellow patina to the tin. The original tinning is still in place on the inside. The surface is untouched and the mold displays beautifully. The height is app. 5" and the diameter at the base is app. 7.75" The buyer will pay a fixed amount of $ 12.00 for Standard Mail and we will include delivery confirmation, tracking, at no additional cost.
