The front and back covers look to have masking tape helping to hold it together. It feels very sturdy overall. Has a good amount of cover Wear, discoloration/stains on pages, some pages and illustrated pages have some rips, etc. Some child's writing you can see in a photo, looks like chalk? Tiny bit of writing on front cover, looks like some math homework. Didnt find any other writing. Photos should give you a good idea of what to expect for Wear. It was a library book, at least eventually at some point in it's existence, so it definitely got some use. Measurements are in the photos, 9.5" X 7.25".
