Description: Antique press photo showing a ‘girly’ breaking through the police lines to give flowers to an officer in 1917. Photo has some wear at edges - three chipped corners and a flat tear/some bending on right hand side. Newsprint caption has come detached and split in half, but is still quite legible. Please see all pics to get a sense of condition and contents. This comes from a lot of press photos from the New York Tribune which range from about 1905 - 1920.
