It looks like a 5-iron / mashie to my eye. Overall condition is excellent; shaft is straight; head is tight; shows minor oxidation, wear and dings. Grip is original. Smooth face club No grooves. Wright & Ditson made and marketed the Findlay clubs. Alexander Findlay emigrated to the USA in 1887. He lived in Nebraska. His most notable contribution to the game in the USA earned him the title of “Father of Golf in America,” as he designed, and played on, the first course in the United States created in the 19th century. In all, he designed more than 130 courses in the USA. Approximately 36••1/4 inches long; weight is 14.0 ounces I realize that postage is expensive.
