Description: Antique Robinson Ransbottom 12” Yelloware/stoneware mixing dough bowl with 3 brown rings and scroll designs. It has one large brown ring and two narrower rings. Bowl has unusual distinctive arch and scroll designs . There are 3 layers of designs from top to bottom of bowl. I think these designs indicate the maker is Robinson Ransbottom but I am no expert. There is no marking on base. Diameter of bottom is 6.5”. Bowl is in very good condition with no chips; it does have a very minor spider web crack which hasn’t changed in the 25 years that we have owned it; it is hard to spot (shown in last photo). The 2nd from last photo shows an indentation created in making the bowl. The underside of the top edge is rough as was intended by the maker. Note: As soon as it is paid for, it will be bubble wrapped, double-boxed and quickly shipped to the buyer.
