Description: I am posting for a friend and this appears to have been adjusted (realized while taking pictures). My friend is about 5 ft 3, and this was adjusted to not be so long on her it seems. You can't tell it's adjusted until you flip it inside out and see the green lining. From the outside it looks fine waist left to right 13.5 top to bottom 16 Zipper along the back, the front has pockets. Pattern has ducks or geese flying. Zipper has a cute green ribbon pull. Thick lace details at bottom of skirt I don't see the fabric tag. And you'll see one of the geese has a lighter ink spot, it was printed this way and is not a stain
