It comes with 64 gig of ram, Asus Strix x399e gaming motherboard, a bequiet CPU cooler, and a new inbox enermax water cooler ( I was about to upgrade, before selling). I had to take off the bequiet cpu cooler, to make it fit in shipping box, and while doing that, I got some thermal grease on the top of the ram, as you can see in the pics. I tried cleaning it as best I can. Computer works grate, but I decided to upgrade. .
