Description: This listing is for a very nice high quality pair of stretch cotton and linen blend pants from Alvin Valley in a size 6/38. The pants are done in a blend of browns, tan, with some deep red and orange stripes running through faintly. This has a plaid sort of look to it in a subtle way. The pants have a wide waistband and are more of a low rise fit and have a front center zipper with three hooks above for closure. There are two upper front slit pockets and two upper back pockets. These pants are not lined and are of good substance without being heavy. The pants are in very good pre-owned condition. Please note that these have been hand hemmed. They are nicely done, but the stitching is not that tight hold that a normal professional pant would have. So they should be fine as is, but you might want to have them re-done. Measurements are: Waist is approximately 16" doubled to 32" Inseam is approximately 31 1/2" 75% cotton, 23% linen, 2% elastane Dry clean. Made in USA.
