Description: I have no idea of the age of this hat, but some of the pins look very older. Please note the measurements. I have a 21 inch circumference head measured right above my eyebrows and a hat is too big. I think a 22 inch circumference would fit it just fine. The hat is in excellent condition, some very cool pins. Please see the pictures. It appears that the pin in the front is missing whatever was on it but I just left it there. I've had trouble counting, but there is approximately 40 pins.
