It is49% Rayon, 48% Polyester, 3% Spandex blend. The surface has a fuzzy soft texture this is how it is. Its like the inside of a sweatshirt look but on the outside. Even the shoulder seams have that inside reverse look to them as well. Not sure the colorway name is but its best shown in the closeup pics. Its a thin not thick piece. Body length wears cropped.
