Description: i put some water in it and tested the gauge , it works, i only ran it to 5 lbs..i am not familiar with all of this..the lever did release the steam..the other little pice would release sten when i wiggle it, i assume it would do its thing when the proper pressure was reached....it has the dark marks inside from the oxidation...buying as you see it...no structural issues with it....
