Description: Very nicely detailed scrimshaw knife depicting Alaska and 2 mountain scenes with an American Bald Eagle between. These types of knives are still mass produced today however, this is the real deal from back in the day using production methods and materials commonly used in the 1970s. This knife is far superior to what is being fabricated today. The blade has no flaws and is very sharp. This knife appears to have spent most of it time in a desk drawer over the past half century. There is some fading in the chrome finish on the handle and signs of patina from age. The overall condition is GUC good used condition. Please ENLARGE and view the detailed pictures and judge condition for yourself prior to purchase no refunds.
