Description: The Adcom GTP-450 is an audiophile level preamp/tuner combo. I was the 2nd owner and it originally purchased as a floor demo at Absolute Sound in Woodland Hills, Ca (they closed their doors in the early 90s). It has very light use on it and works beautifully. It was used with the Magnepan 3.3r speakers and together with the Adcom GFA-5500 class A/B amplifier (200W/channel into 8 ohms / 350W/channel into 4 ohms), which I also have listed here on eBay. They drove the 4 ohm Maggie's without issue. The GTP-450 is solely a preamp/tuner and comes with the original fully functional remote. These two pieces can be purchased together or separately. GFA 5500 ($550) or both for $750.
