Type: Acoustic Guitar There are marks from normal use. The pegs are clean, frets are about 80% remain. The neck looks straight. String height at 12th fret: about 3 millimeter (0.12 inches) on the 6th string side about 2 millimeter (0.8 inches) on the 1st string side. The material from this era resonates very well. It seems the previous owner placed it near a stove, causing gaps on the back and sides, which the previous owner, as an amateur, fixed. The sound is excellent with no issues. Strings have been replaced with new ones. There is some deterioration due to age on the back. There is no case. Note: The stand is not included. Please inspect pictures for condition reference.
