The woodchopper note was printed for several years and there are many Freidberg numbers to collect. The Freidberg number for this note is 85, which means it has the signatures of Napier and McClung. It is more rare than some other numbers like Fr 91. This note is graded Gem Uncirculated 66PPQ by PCGS. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
