The pages inside are pristine with no highlighting, marks, or writing; no dog-earing or bent pages. The laminated dust cover is in GOOD condition with no tears or rips; it has minimal fraying along the edges and some frayed and dented corners on the front and back, and along the spine due to shelf rubbing. There is no creasing along the spine, and some barely visible fraying on the spine bottom, but the spine is tight with no loose pages or breakage. (please see pictures). Overall in very good condition.This history, told through letters, is about a trip taken by Isabella Bird in 1873 through the Rocky Mountain Area of Colorado, before settlement and tourism. Fascinating history by an intrepid female traveler. Fun read!
