According to the date marks I would place the manufacture as early 1900. The physical dimensions of the pieces are: Teapot: 3" to rim, 4 1/4" to finial,2 1/2" sq base, 2 1/4" sq rim, wt 234 gr. Creamer: 2 3/8" to rim,2 5/8" to handle, 3 1/2" handle to spout,1 3/4" sq base, 1 1/2"sq rim, wt 96 gr. Sugar: 2"to rim, 2 1/4" to handle, 4" handle to handle, 2" sq base, 2 3/16" sq rim, wt 106 gr. The set could possibly need a professional cleaning.
