Description: Offered here is a true collector's piece. It is a very rare, Victorian era, unidentified Early American Pattern Glass tray with a raised medallion dog motif. The tray measures 9 inches long, 5-3/4 inches wide, and 2 inches tall. I have not been able to locate any other tray as this, nor any information about the possible maker, but did find a covered compote with a recling dog finial that resembles the dog in this tray and has the same border along the bottom of the compote bowl. The maker of that compote is not known either. CONDITION: The top edge and all 4 corners have numerous small nicks and chips. There are straw marks under the base that look as if they are cracks, but we guarantee they are not. BUYER PAYS SHIPPING!
