Description: Bulbous form 9" piece of Poole pottery. It is a Truda Carter design, YO. Signed by the artist Truda Williams. It also bears the impressed stamp "Carter Stabler Adams Poole England". I got it with the base for a lamp. It is drilled, originally or not I don't know but the base is in keeping with the piece and the age. I do not have the top lamp fittings. But as just a vase it is lovely but does have the hole in the bottom for lamp wire. No chips or cracks. Pleasing form.
