Add with water in a ratio of 1 cup of Sea Moss to 1/4 cups of distilled/purified water. Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick to blend add more water. Place into container and put into refrigerator to allow gel to set, gel will be good for up to 3 weeks in refrigerator and 1 year in freezer. Enjoy your gel!!!
