These beautiful plants produce and abundance of silvery snowflake like foliage that can be used for interest in garden beds, borders, in containers and as an excellent addition to fresh and dried floral arrangements. Small yellow flowers typically in second year from seed. Most people remove flowers and grow plants as stricly an foliage plant. Direct seeding not recommended. Best when started indoors 8-10 weeks before your last frost date. Sow on surface lightly press into soil. Light needed for germination. Keep moist by bottom watering or lightly misting to avoid seed disruption. Temperatures required for germination 72-78. Germination in 7-10 days expected when grown in proper environment. Try to keep foliage dry when watering. Ensure plants are hardened off before planting outdoors in permanent location.
