If you plan to arrive more than 24 hours past your original booked check-in date you will need to notify the resort directly to avoid the resort cancelling your reservation due to a "no-show". If inclement weather should occur, the guest's reservation remains active as longas the resort is open and operational. Our cancellation policy applies. Renter is responsible for any damages incurred. Renter agrees that no pets shall be allowed in condo. Service animals with legal documentation will be allowed and must be arranged with the resort front desk prior to your arrival. Things we had to add because someone tried to scam us: We only communicate through ebay. This protects the buyer and seller. Once the item is sold, we only communicate with the buyer through his/her ebay account. We will not send information about the sale to a different ebay account even if the names match up. We have to mark the sale as “Shipped” within 5 days of the sale/purchase and at least 24 hours before check-in (whichever comes first). We cannot do this until we get the reservation transferred. If the information about the person checking in is not provided within 4 days of the sale/purchase and at least 36 hours before check-in (whichever comes first), the name and address associated to the buyer’s ebay account will be used and the confirmation information will be sent through ebay. Reminder: changing information about the person checking in after the reservation has been transferred costs $99. Again... This is a final sale!
