The two MOS's are the early 91B and the now 68W.The motto " Do No Harm - Do Know Harm" circles the center design in the colors of the Army Medical Corps- Maroon and White, top and below "So Others May Live" The center highly detailed 3D design is the combat medic statue in front of the combat medic badge and a korea era medivac "Dustoff" helicopter landing in the background.
