Drops to the natural waist in the back Full length skirt full skirt with box pleats in the front & knife pleats in the back below the waist. With a 9" gathered flounce with ruffle around the hem. The skirt is lined in white acetate. With a double layer white crinoline petticoat with ruffled topped flounces.
