It is a genuine OEM part from the manufacturer. This unit comes with two (2) mounting screws with lock washers for the motor. Mounting is very easy, remove your existing three (3) screws with washers from your old mounted blade, match the holes of the blade to the new bracket, screw your screws in, and then proceed to attach your new kit to the motor using the two new screws included for the motor. Mounting instructions will be included. PLEASE: It is imperative that you measure your unit before ordering. Make sure that your measurements match our measurements.
