Description: Good evening, found tucked away in a file was this photograph on photo paper, reproduced from a negative of the 1395 Military Police Squadron taken at Wendover Utah. I have placed a strip of paper over the photo to prevent unauthorized reproduction of this photo. The photograph has been hand signed on the photograph by Veterans of the Squadron. The autographs have been signed on these photographs, they are not copies, scans, reproductions or forgeries, the signatures have been hand signed on the photograph. This is the autographed photo you will receive. The photo size is, 8 x 10, with this photograph you will receive a copy of the history of the 1395th Squadron from the 509th Album and copy of letter and identification of some in the photographs along with a copy of the letter from Ed Halbur. The mission of the 1395th was to guard the main gate, the planes, investigate for criminal backgrounds, crime on the base at Wendover or Tinian and guard the planes after the bombs was loaded and guard the main entry where the bombs were final assembled. A group of MP's went with men of the 509th to Japan to Inspect the bomb damage. The autographs have been hand signed on the photographs, they are actual, real, NOT a copy, scan, or reproduction or forgeries of any type and were acquired by me at Reunions In person.
