This is a total oddity piece, as the ROCMC have their own Tiger Stripe patterns for general-issue use. But it is definitely a genuinely-issued and patched coat as it is stamped with the ROCMC's unique Sun-Globe-Anchor emblem with the correct paint. It is also patched to a 三等士官長 (Sānděng shìguānzhǎng), which is a high NCO rank equivalent to a US Marine Corps Master Sergeant. (E-8) Size 43LThe size tag reads as follows: "*" indicates a converted stated measurement and is rounded to the nearest .0 decimal.
