These have never been used and still retain the foil Westmoreland label. There are 2 sets of 4 plates available and I do combine shipping. I NO LONGER SHIP ITEMS OUTSIDE THE USA. PLEASE DO NOT ASK. Therefore I do not accept returns on perfume/cologne. If it is bad, I would not sell it in the first place. Again, no returns on perfume/cologne.
