Original equipment switches had a 6,000 cycle lifespan and rating of 5A or less. Our custom HEAVY DUTY switches are rated for >10A, >100,000 push cycles, and a stainless steel internal spring with double strength tension to stand up to heavy duty use. Our internal contacts inside the switches have a proprietary blend of gold and silver for LONG LIFE and minimal corrosion! If you have a REV 6 or newer board, we have an exact fit HD 10.1A Japanese made - lever type switch. You can check your REV # by looking at the bottom of your board. Please test your diodes when you replace the switches. A faulty diode can damaged the plow or controller and must be replaced before putting the controller back in service. These switches have the center pin 1-2mm offset from the original and may require a slight modification when replacing in newer boards (slight shift of pin by bending or drill new hole and bend pin over to solder).
