Description: For your consideration, today, we have a rare set of 4 bronze medals. They are from Westfield, MA's Berkshire masters road race from the late 70s early 80s. The 2 small round ones (10 km) had gotten water inside the holders at some point. When I took them out, the soft foam underneath had completely fused itself to the backs. I threw out the containers and did my best to clean the backs, but that's why they're green, and the date got completely rubbed off on one. The 2 bigger ones are for the 10,000 M race. The one from 1978 was made and stamped by famous renowned medal makers Dieges & Clust, NY (Providence). The case has a broken hinge. The other is identical but made by someone else. That one just has a sticker affixed to the back that says Sept 1981. They must have been trying to cut costs between 78 & 81. These are great historical Westfield, MA pieces that would go beautifully with a collection of such. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out anytime. I'm open to offers. Any above the allowed minimum is seriously considered and always appreciated. They will ship within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving payment. Thanks for looking.
